"Wonderful property! The staff were excellent and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is extensive and very good. The highlight of this Ibis is the pool, it's huge! Make sure to spend as much time as possible relaxing in the pool. I look forward to staying here again one day."

"Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasn’t working. We didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesn’t dry the clothes.
The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size."

"The apartment is very basic which is what we expected given the price, however there is no excuses for how dirty the apartment was. Horrible smell as we entered, hair everywhere! Toilets and bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. We only stayed the night so it was bearable but would rather pay more. Positives - every room did have working air con and towels provided."
