"Beautiful"

"Great place to be on a business trip. Proper amenities, clean, comfortable, very good restaurant on site and strong internet/WiFi. Staff, always polite and friendly."

"Thank you for the service"

"The value for money that you get at Mestil (especially at Expedia's discounted rates) is just incredible. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The rooms are amazing, more like an apartment than a hotel! The environment is just heavenly and the food is very good. Since the lunch/dinner buffet's are a bit expensive (by local standards) you can save money by ordering food delivered on Glovo or cooking for yourself in your room since I think most rooms have a kitchen, which is amazing for...

"The staff really need an extreme awakening"

"It was a fantastic stay, the staffs were so coperative and very helpful. The first day, late night, I was so hungry and the staff went out of his way to buy a food for me. I would recommend to any one for stay in this hotel."

"The managers are very happy to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay"

"I would also like to sincerely thank the management and the entire hotel team for paying attention to guests’ comments and taking them seriously. I truly appreciate the fact that you listen to feedback and make efforts to improve the guest experience. Your willingness to respond to suggestions shows your commitment to providing better service, and I hope these improvements will continue in the future."

I really appreciated the excellent service and the pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again!🤗😊"

"Fantastic location , like an oasis from hussle and bustle. Nice comfortable room, great restaurant and bar with solid drink selection. Highly recommended to stay when in Kampala. Great pool (a bit hot though) and excellent gym. Only suggestion is more wine by the glass selections for some premium wines would be good. Get a vacuum seal! I’ll be back."

"The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff are pleasant and happy to work . Will definitely be coming back ☺️"

"I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Hotels.com. I made a booking in an emergency situation for a family member who urgently needed accommodation. The payment was taken immediately, but the booking details were incorrect, and no proper support was provided to fix the issue. To make things worse, the hotel later claimed they were not working with Hotels.com, and additional payment was demanded despite me already paying through the platform. This forced me to pay again just to...
