Cependant, hôtel très bruyant, l’isolation pas au top on entend les portes claquées dès 7h du matin, les piscines sont belles mais malheureusement pas chauffées (peut-être qu’en juillet-aout elles sont plus agréables), pour le buffet, la cuisine crétoise n’est pas trop mise en avant c’est dommage. Mais il est possible de se restaurer tout au long de la journée et c’est top.

"Excellent hotel directly opposite the beach. Had a sea view which was lovely. Quite a basic small hotel but very clean, basic breakfast offered. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
I liked the location directly opposite the beach, there are no Sun loungers but hotel will provide a beach towel but it’s quiet and not touristy. A few lovely restaurants & supermarket all within 10mins walk and the main town 20/25 mins walk away. Hotel has a small pool. Bus station is 10mins walk if you wanted to...
"Decent hotel for the money. Pictures are deceiving. Pool has limited chairs. Did not eat at the hotel at all because there was always a faint smell of vomit. Room was old and needs updating. The housekeeper opened the door to the deck daily which made the room extremely hot upon entering and you are unable to leave on the air conditioning when you leave the room. The smallest shower I’ve ever seen with no wash rags available."
"We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely!
The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night.

"Aripostolos graciously welcomed us to the hotel and gave us much information for sightseeing. Our 2 storey suite was fantastic! Very peaceful,comfortable,private balcony. Central courtyard with small plunge pool and sitting area was delightful!Breakfast was delicious. Adjoining restaurant and bar was very nice.Right in the heart of old Rethymnon with many restaurants and shopping all around us .Thankyou for an amazing stay ! Highly recommended ❤️"

Les transats sont propres et disponibles. Ce sont les plus dispendieuses que nous devions payer. 20 euros pour ceux près de l'eau. Ceux près des piscines ne sont pas payants.
Le buffet du déjeuner n'est pas très chaud et le personnel de ce dernier n'est vraiment pas souriant.
Pour le repas du soir, il est BEAUCOUP trop cher pour ce qu'il offre avec peu de choix. Du fait que cet hôtel est assez isolé, il laisse peu de choix pour se nourrir.

"Es war alles toll. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Schöner Poolbereich. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Schöne saubere Zimmer mit tollem Blick. Ausgehend vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geht es kaum besser.
Das einzig ärgerliche war, dass auf dem Balkon geraucht werden durfte. Es ist nicht schön, wenn der Qualm ins Schlafzimmer zieht und man dadurch nicht schlafen kann. Dafür ziehe ich jedoch keinen Punkt ab."
