"This is a smaller property, but the layout is very well thought out to make it feel bigger (you keep finding hidden corners). Staff is super helpful and friendly. You can walk downtown or use the free e-bikes they have to get there even faster. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is a very short walk (hint: cut through the parking lot, it's super close!) In summary, hotel is great! "This hotel has been the best hotel I have stayed at when it comes to hospitality. Everyone was kind and helpful and staff cleans rooms EVERYDAY so you can assure you will have a clean stay while most hotels do not clean everyday throughout your stay unless requested. Could not give their staff enough kudos. Only opportunity for improvement is not allowing guest to save a beach chair by the pool all day for multiple days at a time. Guest would leave their belongings for days at a time to reserve...

"Spa and pools were nice. Each a different temperature. However, tiles need fixing or replacing including grout. Room not fully stocked with towels. Floor not mopped in a few days. Food was average except for one quiet restaurant which cooked food by our diet and awesome Chef came out to see if we liked everything twice. She was awesome. Head Chef was an incredible. You could meet and make dietary requests. Jerk chicken truck, beaches grounds awesome. I feel that it was lacking in value overall. "
