"The hotel amenities are reasonable but be warned there are no TVs and spotty WiFi. There are no nearby restaurants so unless you want to take a 20-30 minute drive for a reasonable restaurant you are obliged to use the hotel restaurant. This gets to my unfortunate experience and low rating for the staff. After our first night being advised it was necessary to place your dinner selection before 12.00 we attempted to do so and were advised the kitchen was closed for the day. The premise had been...

"We had an amazing stay at The Fernery. What makes this place amazing is the surroundings - overlooking the gorge and forest is nothing short of spectacular. The hot tubs and jacuzzis were incredible and we also made use of the spa which was wonderful too. The ladies there are fantastic. We thought the restaurant food was excellent and the staff serving there are great too."
