"Felicidades Excelente servicio"

"The hotel was convinient to go to the basilica, breakfast was actually good for a continental breakfast, kitchen staff was friendly. My only complaint is the front desk staff. No one ever greets you when you walk in. The girl that checked us in barely spoke to us- never gave us any information like the wifi or the fact that a free shuttle or breakfast were included I had to ask her everything and she almost seemed annoyed that I did. Friendly staff makes a huge difference"

"It was a very comfortable room. The bed was also comfortable. Everything looked in good condition. The host was very friendly and professional. We had a good experience in this hotel. I recommend it."
