"It is a beautiful B&B, the owners are very nice, helpful, friendly, attentive and informative. It has a beautiful garden in the back and front. It's a short walk to the shops and beach if you want to go for a bit of exercise. The kitchen is well stocked and all thought out. It's a great place to stay and Apollo Bay is a beautiful place too."
"When you turn off the main road i assumed the villas were the ones near Chris’s restaurant they are not its a very hard right turn just after Turing off the main road ..
The privacy and the views were outstanding and a great surprise compared to what we were expecting at the villas near Chris’s . No restaurant here but then Chris’s restaurant isn’t open all week .

"We booked the Queen share room and as soon as we got there and called the staff about checking in, it wasnt looking good because our room didnt have the partial ocean view OR the private bathroom that was advertised and that we paid for. "An absolute gem. One of those rare places that is designed and maintained with genuine care and highest standards. Expansive views of the unspoiled countryside with the ocean sparkling in the distance. The roomy soaking tub and wood-burning stove were soul-filling after being out for walks in the cool June weather. Mark and his dogs led us to see a koala nestled in one of their majestic trees. Gorgeous grounds and friendliest hosts we've encountered on our travels. We will be back."
"Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "

"Equipment - TVs, disc players drastically need updating. For the rates charged the present arrangements are simply not good enough, especially as the site is so isolated.
Instructions to operate the spa in the studio would be a good idea - we never did solve that one!
It would be good if the spa jets in Bedroom 1 worked!!!
A fridge needs to be located in the kitchen. I found it annoying to have to trek to the utility area whilst
cooking. Management needs to advise guests of the isolation...
