"The facilities as well as the staff were great. The hotel is a great choice if you're flying to or from the BRU airport. They also offer a shuttle service free of charge if you have booked a room. The only drawback is its connection to the city by public transport. There's a train leaving every 1 hour which makes it less flexible to plan your visits.
