"We are a family of five adults. We stayed at the hotel early June 2024. Our room has 5 twin beds, a small bathroom with sink and tub/shower wet room. It also had a small mini fridge with electric water kettle and complimentary tea. The room came with pjs, slippers, and plenty grooming essentials. The room was very tight for all of us. The beds and linens ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s an easy walk to JR station, about 17 minutes. Walkable to plenty of small restaurants and convenient...

"Very convenient location. Has airport bus right at the hotel and is also right across a metro station (roughly 20 minutes to any tourist sites/major streets). All of the major stores are located nearby. "

"This was my second time staying at the Hilton Tokyo Bay and once again I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room had not been renovated but I’m sure it is on the list to be done soon so the decor was a bit dated. But it was clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing and it’s proximity to Tokyo Disney is perfect for the budget conscious traveler. "

"The location was superb! 5mins walking distance to the main shinjuku train station that has train to everyone in Tokyo. Definitely recommend for any one travelling around Tokyo. Hotel was super clean. The kids love the bathroom with the tub. Space was enough for 2adults and 2kids. Nothing to complain about. "

"Perfect location for exploring Shibuya neighborhood. Literally in the middle of everything! The common spaces were pristine and the buffet breakfast was nice. My only complaint is that our mattress was a rock and made sleeping uncomfortable."
