"Our stay at Rovinj’s Delfin Hotel was excellent and we recommend it. The hotel is located just outside the main tourist area for Rovinj, and parking was included, which was excellent. Breakfast, which was delicious, was also included. There were many other amenities (boat rides and such) right across the street. "Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too. I had to insist it was changed to what I’d paid for which they did. Other than that I’d recommend. Food is good with a huge choice, comfy beds and place is always very clean"
