However at this price you would expect some level of service and hot water in the shower. Check in was ok - the person at the reception was obviously new so a little bit clunky check in process. However.. I had ordered a restaurant table in advance for dinner that night. When I showed up around 7, the restaurant was less than half full, and I asked...

Personalets service ligger på et fantastisk højt niveau, men priserne er på et meget lavt niveau. Eneste svage sider er hotellets "skiltning" (kun lokal sprog) og et lidt magert morgenbord. "Viaggio di lavoro con pernottamento per due notti consecutive al Vianna. La prima notte in camera ricavata in mansarda all'ultimo piano, poco insonorizzata e con rumore del vento molto fastidioso. La seconda notte al piano inferiore le cose sono andate molto meglio. Per il resto tutto bene, hotel alquanto elegante e confortevole."
