"We got upgraded to a bigger room and was welcomed by a paranomic view. The hotel location is just 8mins walk to the Hamamatsu station. Amenities were a 9/10 due to the fact that we are provided those small bottles of shampoo, body lotion etc which may not be so environmental friendly."

"All in all a good experience, nice meals and rooms however the furniture were a bit dirty and needs updating. A good stay with nice onsen and lovely surroundings."
