"We upgraded at check in to have club room access and were very happy with the view and room size. The happy hour drinks and food served then was more than worth it along with a quieter breakfast experience and light refreshments served during the day but there were very limited choices for anyone with a vegan or vegetarian diet. Staff very pleasant and helpful through out. Location was easy 10 min walk to shopping arcade and 15-20 mins to the main sights. Would recommend and would stay again."

"A clean and good size room We were offered at 26 floors so we can oversee the neighborhood including the Hiroshima Castle and mountains. The scene is pretty. Its location is wonderful so it’s easy to go to most attractions including A bomb Dome, the Castle , memorial museum, Sogo department store, restaurants and prime shopping areas. Taxi to the hotel from train station takes just 1500 yen. We even didn’t have to use any transportation during the two days visit The receptionists are friendly...
