"Absolutely beautiful property in the most stunning location. As soon as we arrived they knew exactly who we were and were greeted by name, which was a lovely touch. Rooms were a good size with nice big windows which were useful during the mini heatwave we experienced! The spa was great with great facilities. "Excellent breakfast. Hotel also provided very good information on what to do in the area including hiking trails. Lack of AC was tolerable even in warm weather. Only disappointment was absence of laundry facility for guests which was contrary to Expedia list of amenities for the property. Would definitely stay again in the future!"

"We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities.
