"Lovely hotel but a bit dated, could do with a refurb. In saying that, the rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. Pool area nice, added bonus of private beach area. Hotel was all inclusive and drinks 24/7. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. The area of Limone is gorgeous."

"A bit mixed here. The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are great, the cocktails are excellent. The pool area is very nice. The location is good in a quiet residential area but just a short walk to the ferries, restaurants and bars. However, we had a room with a patio and view of the lake, which was great, but we felt the room itself was a bit basic, no tea or coffee facilities and just one easy accessible plug for chargers etc. and the bed cover was very snagged when we arrived. "Maintenance being carried out so tired parts few and far between the only issue was that no distinction was made for rooms that didn’t accommodate pets which wasn’t as much of an issue as it could have been because it was kept very clean"

We told them that the aircon was not working but they kept insisting that we did not close the doors to the balcony and hence caused the aircon not to work.
