"The staff was very helpful and the property is well located, but the property is old and it shows in the maintenance of the rooms, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures are worn and leak a little bit, and the general feeling is of an old place that begs for a refurbishment. The lobby is cozy and the food at the restaurant for breakfast is good."
"this is the third time that we have stayed at the Charming hotel, we love the spa concept they offer in every suite with sauna, jacuzzi and steam shower. we were offered a room in the new area of the hotel that was recently built.
This new area is beautiful, the most outstanding view of the lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains i think is the best selling point for the hotel.

"We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great!
Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning.
Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future."

O restaurante oferece boas...
