"AC was important for me and theirs worked, great breakfast buffet that had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, potato pancakes. Also had smoked salmon which was delicious and included fruit (pineapple, watermelon, grapes, cut into small pieces.. as well as banana, apple and plum). Had great Italian restaurant (called cucina, had fantastic moscato, veal with rissotto was great as well... i heard prosciutto pizza and lamb chops were a hit as well..... they had a rooftop bar/lounge ALSO!"

"I loved the hotel and the room, it had character and historic appeal. I was in the single room, I was worried it'd be small but to my surprised it was quite large, I had plenty of space for my luggage and didn't feel cramped at all, I was very happy with it. Bathroom was small, not an issue for me but might be for bigger humans. Staff at the reception desk were very nice, the breakfast lady - not so much. Location was good, very close to the river and bridges, a short walk from the station. "

"The hotel located very close to the lake Lucerne with awesome lake view room and balcony. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice, gave us suggestions on sight seeing and transportation options in Lucerne. Breakfast was tasty with wide selection and frendly hostess. "

Beds are comfortable, apartments clean and functional, staff are helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone with young children. "Very nicely located at the arrival of the cable car, 3 minutes by foot, no noise, brand new hotel. You can start skiing from there. Just huge and crowdy. Though I stayed 4 nights, I had to change room after 1 night because of different customer name and the other room was much smaller. Funny meal ordering system, but convenient."
