"Excellent stay, excellent Staff and excellent dinner and breakfast. Beautiful gardens and lovely evening drum show."

"Great rooms and onsen, let down by the front desk We stayed two nights as a family of five in a junior suite. The room was spacious and clean, the grounds are beautiful, and the onsen is excellent.

"La Vista is an amazing spa hotel, rooms are large and comfortable, we had a large bath and a balcony, the public spa is wonderful, with ice cream, the restaurant is excellent and there are free drinks and Ramen. Wonderful hotel,"

"The hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to meet our every need. Everything was spotless, and there was always someone available to help whenever we needed it. We stayed in the VIP Besso area, which was truly amazing. The dinners each night were spectacular, and the entire experience was exceptional. I’d highly recommend this hotel!"
