"The hotel is great, lots space in the room, good beds, love the small pillow perfect for me that more flat pillows, there is a bigger pillow. The towels were very nice. The Ac on the room was great since it was warm in Pamplona., not all hotels in spain have AC. The hotel needs a little renovation here and there but for the must part great."
"Pamplona Eurostars hotel is about 1km from the old town and easy walk to and from. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
We booked using Expedia a double room, which was confirmed in writing. When we arrived there were two single beds. It took two trips to reception to have the issue resolved, first I was told that was all they had and after I checked my emails and told them I would not have booked the hotel knowing two single beds would be the result they then had staff change the bed...

"This is not a hotel by normal standards, it's college housing and you would be staying in a collegiate housing where students have been. It's completely irrational to me that Expedia even had this on the line up. The pictures do not really disclose that you would be sleeping pressed against the wall like a student dorm. I am calling Expedia to get a refund since I didn't stay, I refused to be taken advantage of. I am also calling my credit card to report as fraudulent listing."

Booked through Expedia, which seemed to cause some confusion for the staff upon arrival but after some investigation by the staff our booking was found.
We booked a shared room for a family of four. Room was air conditioned which was a welcome relieve from the near 40C outside.
Room was spacious with a very generous sized bathroom, beds were comfy and water was in the mini fridge. There was no kettle in the room.

"L’hôtel est bien placé. Un membre de l’hôtel parle français c’est très appréciable. La chambre est spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain et la literie très confortable. Clim parfaite et facile à régler. Attention le ménage j’ai retrouver des cheveux sous les draps et un dans la douche. Je rejoins d autres commentaires sur le bruit dans le couloir. Mais ceux qui sont dans la chambre n’entendent pas comparé à ceux qui dorment dans le canapé lit."
