"Overall, we had a wonderful stay at HOM Santorini and would definitely recommend it.
The location is one of the biggest highlights. It’s right at the beginning of the Oia walkway, which means you barely have to carry your luggage and there are almost no stairs compared to many other hotels in Oia. It also has a perfect caldera view, making it an amazing place to enjoy Santorini’s famous scenery.
Our room was beautiful, with a private balcony and hot tub, which made the stay even more special....
"We love the location of the hotel as well as the property itself. The staff and service were excellent. The food as well was very good. The only issues we had was that the plumbing in our rooms did not drain water from the shower causing a little flood in the bathroom. The hotel staff tried to fix the issue and we were given a new room . However the second room had the same issue. The team continued to try and fix the issue. Aside from this issue we enjoyed our time."
"Great Stay with Excellent Service Despite a Small Hiccup
At the beginning of our stay, we were a bit disappointed as we had booked a two-bedroom suite with a jacuzzi, but due to an issue with the room, we were moved to two separate rooms instead. Since we were a group of three, this wasn’t ideal, but the hotel made up for it by offering us a lunch voucher, which we appreciated.
