"Property manager and contact for property were excellent!! We had some issues by the cleaning crew of not attending to some sheets etc. but the response from the property managers was prompt and great. Areas of improvement : water pressure in bathrooms and better fixtures that need updating. Pergola over table tennis table was unsteady and could fall and injure future guests. Tiles in primary bath need replacement as they have gaps and grout was exposed in corners etc."

I read the reviews of others that have stayed at Agua Caliente and I thought maybe they were exaggerating a bit. Not at all! The place was nice, and clean. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect! Everything was clean and modern. The Hotel staff and Casino staff were a perfect 10/10. PS. If you go to the Water Cafe get the grilled cheese sandwich. It’s a life changer.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay for the amount we paid. The room was large but was suppose to sleep 5. It had a small bed in a gigantic room for my husband and myself and a pull out sofa bed for our three teenage children. Not sure how that amounts to “sleeps five.” There was also no water and we had to ask for a microwave. The staff was very friendly but we didn’t feel the cost was worth the stay.

Excellent, helpful staff and absolutely beautiful place BUT breakfast very disappointing. How lovely it would be to have things set out and you to chose instead of being given a bowl of cereal like a school meal and very tightly controlled in why you can have. Coffee was stewed and cold too. We left Sparrows and basically stopped for breakfast in Palm Springs which meant we were then running late. This really lets the place down. Charge $5 more and provide an excellent breakfast experience. This...
