"I really enjoyed my visit. My only issue was the A/C system in my room stayed on the warm side. The temperature in the hallway was cooler than my room. I would have someone check room 612 to see if the A/C is operating correctly. Thank you!"

"I booked this hotel for my bday and the hotel upgraded me to a junior suite. Room was spacious and nice . But could have been a little more cleaner for it to be luxurious hotel. It looked a little dusty. Parking is included in the hotel fee. But getting to parking is a little tricky. The rooftop was beautiful and the food for dinner was really good . My favorite part of the hotel was the double shower for the junior suite is amazing ! "

"This hotel had a very cool museum throughout the first two floors. It was extremely clean and the staff were all very courteous! I walked around by myself in the area for a few miles and it was safe. The theatre and convention center are an easy walk for broadway shows. "What a lovely hotel! Lots of personality and charm. Great restaurant and speakeasy on site. Awesome coffee shop right around the block. Rooms were very spacious and beds were quality. Gave 4 starts on 2 rating options because pillows were too high and firm, causing some neck discomfort in the morning along with the room door needing some work to close/open efficiently. "
