"Monica at reception is wonderful, easy check in and great welcome. The room was a suite, sea view on floor 8. No balcony but tilt and turn windows which let in a nice breeze The pillows were a bit soft but ok. The beach was a 2 minute walk, Vilamoura a 20 minute walk Breakfast was good "

"About 15 min walk to marina, quiet location, very spacious & clean 3 bed apartment with kitchen & 2 bathrooms. Staff on reception were very welcoming, helpful & friendly. Beautiful gardens/surroundings. About 20 min walk to the old village which was also lovely for cafes, bars & restaurants. Bar abit pricey for drinks but plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. "

"The room was a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. Location is very good. Breakfast was OK. It was the usual buffet a reasonable selection of options. The staff were not great at keeping everything stocked and had to be advised when things ran out. The general ambience of the dining room was poor- a big room with rows of tables. No plants, no soft furnishings, not very relaxing. "

"A very clean and well run facility, plenty of space to relax. Staff friendly and keen to help. The only downside was the room allocated was a good 7 minute walk from main facilities. Could also do with at least a kettle or tea/coffee facility in room."

"This place is excellent for a mid range hotel. It’s not 5 star but it doesn’t try to be. Very clean, nice rooms. Very quiet and restful as adults only. Great staff. Breakfast is great. Dining options are limited but the buffet is reasonably priced and good food. Great pool and 20 mins walk to the beach. Don’t try and rent a sun lounger from the PineCliffs hotel as they will charge you 250 euros. Walk further down the beach and you will get one for 14 unit need to get there before 11. "

"From the moment we walked thru the door till the second we left this hotel excelled in every respect. Warm welcome , hard working pleasant staff, great room and air con, pool plus facilities really good and food (breakfast in our case)was varied and really fresh and tasty. Finally the cost was real value for money!! Well done to all at the Vila Gale Marina!!"
