"Clean & spacious rooms. I loved Elvis music was playing constantly. The hotel lobby was comfortable. Really enjoyed the nightly music but didn't like that the movies were scheduled at the same time. The restaurants were unimpressive."

"Well managed property. Helpful staff."

"Best location to all of the major sites and events. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel really clean. Also enjoyed the court side restaurant. Great food choice with some healthy options."

"Room was super outdated and old! Room had an old, musky, stale smell. There was dust on the room phone and chargers. Bathroom was small and sink was stopped up. Water pressure is low. Requested extra towels from guest services and never received them!! Tv also stopped working. Room not worth the money or deposit! Only stayed for one night!"

"Perfect spot when you’re catching the train to or from Memphis! Great building and experience!"

"Outstanding !"

"Great place to stay. Very comfortable and close to everything in Memphis."

"This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. "
