It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. "Our apartment at the Stallion was exceptionally large, well-furnished, and extremely clean. The common area was clean, well-maintained, and with adequate signage. to assist with directions and codes. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with lots of extras. There is also a dining area, a large family room, and a washer/dryer. The Stallion also provides garage parking. It is a simple walk from the Stallion to restaurants, historic sites, shopping, and public transportation. There is also a Tesla Super Charger approximately 5 miles away. I would definitely recommend the Stallion if you are planning a stay in Memphis."
