"The reservation check in agent Emily was extremely rude. . I can not express how very terrible she was and the number of mistakes she made. Wrong room, wrong names on the room several time, wanting to charge us for 3 cars when we only had 1. 🙄 those behind us also had problems being told they had no reservation though their room was paid in full. Expedia had to step in and contact the property on their behalf."

"Not quite a 4-star experience. A beautiful property and nice rooms, but let down by poor housekeeping and disappointing evening meals in particular for children. Lacking the Austrian charm that we would expect and enjoy on a skiing holiday. "

Geschmacklich hervorragendes Frühstück (unter anderem mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen) und sehr abwechslungsreiche, leckere, hochwertige Abendmenüs. Sowohl Speisen als auch Getränke komplett in Bio-Qualität. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, sowohl direkt als auch über die nahegelegene Busanbindung."

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und groß. Wir haben die Zeit dort in vollen Zügen genossen."
