"Average condominium, tastefully decorated but old furniture. Hand towels in guest bath looked like they were 20 years old. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine smelled of mold so bad we couldn't use it. There is no air-conditioning in the second bedroom and they provide a portable fan instead. August in Hawaii that was not acceptable. Floors had not been swept or cleaned when we arrived, there was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor."

"This is a great home located inside a huge resort, which I didn’t know when I booked. There is a grocery store, several shops, upscale restaurants and a private beach with great snorkeling. You will not be disappointed."

"The property itself is just as described with all amenities and conveniences for a luxurious short term stay. Our only complaint would be the constant gardening - sometimes during early morning hours. One other small issue - we paid extra for hotel access to the Mauna Kea and Hapuna hotels but the Hapuna was under massive construction with jack hammers etc, in hearing distance from the pool and beach. Needless to say, we didn't go there again during our stay."

"The only problem is the pillows resembled flatbread and the big and very comfortable king bed had just two. They looked lost! Also, the heavy patio doors absolutely shake the building when they close so an early riser wakes up everyone. Other than those easily corrected items, the place is stunning and the backyard is beautiful overlooking the Pacific!"

"The condo was spacious for a family of 5. The kitchen contained everything you need to prepare any type of meal including the added benefit of some spices, seasonings, and plenty of pots and pans. The master bed was extremely soft such that it was almost impossible not to get sucked into it. Master bathroom was huge with 2 sinks, a large, jetted tub, and a very large shower. "Always love this hotel and beach. Breakfast buffet was delicious (big thank you to the hostesses and wait staff for their kind service each day) and Meredia was spectacular. Sunsets are not to be skipped, especially from the Meredia walkway, bar and restaurant. Love that Kayla in the Meredia bar remembered us from the last 2 years. Bummed that the piano was removed from the Meredia but found the piano player up in Piko with a portable piano. The other musicians he set up to play were fabulous as well. Room was clean and very comfortable. Love the adult pool. Will return. "
