"Paid extra to upgrade our room to oceanfront. It was an amazing view! The sunset view was awesome and the sound of the waves from the ocean was so relaxing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only thing missing was a microwave! The resort is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. The housekeeping staff were super friendly... although the front desk girl could have been friendlier. She needed to smile more. The restaurant staff were...

"Not as nice as expected. Location was very good. Room was outdated. Pool area was very small. Code for elevator and room was annoying. View from the lanai was also very good."

"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."

"We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!"
