"The hotel is modern and clean, well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The exception are lifeguards at the beach. The rules of the hotel: guests are allowed to use the swimming pools and beach (as it is owned by hotel) only from 6 am to 6 pm. When I tried to swim after 6 pm even it was not dark and no waves, the life guards yelled, whistled and used sirena. We did not drink, good swimmers and careful. "Room was clean however entrance lounge area smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and most staff did not greet guests on arrival back to hotel let alone make eye contact. I also asked staff about how to get to Hon Tam island and they were not helpful. Also really loud music in evening from restaurants on the strip can be heard in room and stops around midnight. There was one member of staff who was amazing, friendly and so so so great and her name was Kieu"

"Definitely worth getting a bungalow or upgrading to one which I did! The room was spacious, well kept, and the bathroom was glorious. It really did make my stay extra special. Huge resort which made it feel very open and peaceful. The beach is a hidden gem and all facilities well maintained (apart from a lack of airconditioning in the gym!) Buffet breakfast was fairly standard but fresh. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. "

The building name does not match the name "Oceanus Oasis Retreat" and the only way to find the room is to contact the property manager who leads you into a different building where I assume each room is independently owned.
