"10 minutes after checking in and while stood there in all my glory, a man entered my room. Not 10 minutes later another man decided to walk straight in. This time I had boxers on and was a little upset. Turns out housekeeping had lost his cap????? Reception staff were extremely apologetic and helpful. Although details taken there has been no contact yet as to why this could happen."
