"The rooms were lovely. Unfortunately the toiletries are not in the room only in the onsen which I didn’t find ideal. The garbages in the rooms are really tiny and I’m all for sustainability but this doesn’t really make a lot of sense when you’re catering to travellers in a City that doesn’t provide garbage facilities leaving them no choice but to bring it back to their hotels. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with really wonderful staff. I just wanted to point out a couple things that could...

"Location: Perfect. Located at the train station which made arrival and departure convenient. Easy walk to all city attractions. Also located next to the pick up location for many bus tours to area outside the city. Hotel: Very nice. Good gym, nice roof top lounge. Staff: Very nice and helpful. Room: Great size and very well appointed. I would stay here again."
