"Das Hotel schafft es das Ambiente der Kaiserbäder mit der heutigen Zeit zu verbinden. Eine schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung wissen zu begeistern. Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut, da dieser in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. "This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices. The appartment we stayed in was a very good size with plenty of space. It is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which for us was fine. You can rent bikes for a good proce if you want to explore...

"Eincheckzeiten zu kundenunfreundlich!!! Obwohl zum 3. Mal im Hotel - immer vom Golfhotel Balmer See kommend - konnten wir nicht vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Es wurde auch kein Versuch unternommen, einmal beim Housekeeping anzurufen. Das nächste Jahr werden wir dann gleich am Balmer See bleiben, um keinen Tag zu verlieren. "
