"繁華街より少し離れていますが、車があればなんの問題もありませんでした。近くに徒歩で行けるお店も何軒かあり、有名なお店もありました。今回は初めての宮古島だったのでヴィラの周りはあまりゆっくり散歩できませんでしたが、ヴィラ自体も綺麗で、周りも静かで、さとうきび畑や、とてつもなく綺麗な夕陽、風力発電のブレードが回っているのが見えて、とても美しかったです。大人2人子供3人で泊まりましたが、ベッドも充分でした。また機会があれば利用したいです。ありがとうございました。"

"高額な割にはホテルのサービスは最低レベルです。朝7時に朝食ビュッフェの席予約をしても1時間待ちで、やっとレストランに入れたら、食べ物も皿もスプーンもなくて、スタッフにもってきてくれるように頼んだら、レストランでは考えられないくらい大きな音を立てて食事や食器を補充していました。 スーツケースなのに部屋に行くには十数段の階段を上らなくてはならないのに荷物を運ぶ手伝いができるほどスタッフの数は足りていませんでした。 数年前に宿泊した時に満足したから今回も利用したのに、利益優先でスタッフの数が不足してサービスがおろそかになってしまった残念なホテルでした。 二度と行かないと思います。 "
