"Needed a pet friendly hotel. Booked on the app but difficult to find all the T’s & C’s until we paid by which time it was too late to cancel. The hotel reception we’re great on check in but advised we had to have a different room to the one booked."

"Generous sized room with extra bed and large balcony. Buffet dinner was reasonably priced but nothing special. Serves as a good base to explore Seville but avoiding the city prices. The rooms are not found proof and there were lots of your groups - kids and rally folk… so there was quite a bit of noise and door slamming in the morning. Pool was being renovated in early April so couldn’t use it. Staff were friendly, bar and garden decent. "

"The rooms were very spacious and clean, the facilities were great for kids. The food quality could be better, especially with the variety towards vegeterians and pesceterians, as there were a lot of ham and other red meat with very litte choice of seafood "

"Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned. "

"Close to explore Seville but avoid crazy city prices. Car is needed however to get around. Extraordinarily large rooms with a split duplex bedroom and living quarters. Both Air cons worked well in the room and the hotel was well proportioned for restaurants and cafes and shopping. Shame that the pool was closed in April. Rooms are noise proof which was perfect as there were fans visiting for the copa del rey final. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, we chose the hotel as it is close to El Rocio and we wanted to go to the Pilgrimage. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were friendly and efficient and it is situated on the edge of town making it easy to access from the main road in. We would have liked to have had coffee in the restaurant after our evening meal rather than having to go to the bar. Would recommend to anyone"

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room very comfortable, tastefully decorated with view of beautiful inner courtyard with orange trees. Quite centrally located, 5 minutes to main plaza with excellent restaurants and bars, lovely 20-minute walk to the beach. Only issue is the expensive parking but not a lot you can do about that. Sanlucar is a joy for seafood lovers and we would happily stay in this hotel again. "

Francisco at the front desk went above and beyond to help me . I got a flat tire an hour away from the hotel. He called Frank , a taxi driver who took such good care of me . "This Paradore is very very dated in its decor and furniture. The pool area is not looked after with dead grass in many places on the lawn through non watering. The chairs and tables on its outside terrace were of very low quality as were the sun beds around the pool. There were obviously not enough staff on duty with long delays waiting to be served at the bar. The breakfast serving was very chaotic with no hot buffet and long waits for the chef to arrive to cook hot dishes. We won’t visit this...
