"Lovely hotel, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Online checkin/out was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving. Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests"

"The hotel stay was satisfying but the booking in was a nightmare, the hotel had no knowledge of my booking and could not find it on your website, we were made to wait in the reception looking rather embarrassed in front of all the other guests that were booking in whilst they endeavoured to find us two rooms that met our requirements, eventually it was all sorted but not without sum trepidation as to wether we would get our rooms"

"Comfortable and quiet hotel. Well situated and good free bus connections on Leicester hopper to the city and station. Feels new and looked after. Parking is limited at the hotel but nearby hospital pay and display car park could be used. We wanted quiet and the room was soundproofed. Nice bathroom. Developed a rash from the bed and reception moved us to a new room. The staff member suggested it was maybe cleaning products used by linen company. Hotel did say they would update us via email but...

"We were up for a race meeting at Domnington park. We usually stay in this hotel. Clean hotel, parking no problem (but there is a £6 overnight charge), and Moretti on draft in the lobby bar. Room cost was around £190 for a double. Paaid on arrival. Check-in was swift - no queue. Room was fine - a double. We didn't eat at the Runway restaurant but we did use the lobby bar again.
