"The property itself was beautiful, but the hot tub didn’t work and was advertised as one of the amenities. The pool was dirty. A rep came & out in the cleaner machine, but why wasn’t it already clean? The bar area downstairs was filthy and two of the bathrooms didn’t have any soap which was supposed to be provided. The downstairs toilet got clogged & there was no plunger. This was an expensive place to rent, so our expectation was all things would be in working order & clean upon arrival, which...
