"The room we occupied faced the street and it was very noisy hence not a good sleep. Additionally, the room has only 1 set of curtains and we had to keep them closed all the time otherwise people can see you from the street. Lastly, most hotels in Taiwan have a check-in time of 3pm. Del Lago Hotel, although we could go through the check-in process earlier, would not hand any guests the room key until 3pm on the dot not even 5 mins earlier! Location is good though."

"Staffs are very helpful and arranged a slice of birthday for me. Buffet breakfast was included, provided Western, Japanese and Taiwanese style. Overall a pleasant stay with reasonable price."

"They were so family friendly! They provided me with all the stuff needed for my baby in advance. The housekeeping was great! The swimming pool was nice. The gym was lacking but it wasn’t a problem for us. Super close to the night market, good location. Free parking! Breakfast buffet was convenient but just alright - I would skip it next time since there are so many different restaurants around."
