"All the staff were extremely helpful nothing was too much, excellent rooms, and cars were parked safely in the underground parking area. We had an excellent time and would definitely recommend it."

"Booked this hotel 10mins before checking in due to an issue at original hotel. Staff were great and although we ricked up at 2pm, we were checked in quickly and room was available. Room spaciouscand modern with a great suzed shower room. Breakfast items were of a good quality and only £10/person so excellent value! Will definitely stay again and would be my 1st choice in Harrogate, due to its convenience and service overall. "
