"Absolutely beautiful resort! Its location on the island is arguably one of the best with it's gorgeous sunset views. I also loved the convenience of having a beautiful lagoon with all it's tropical fish and sea turtles on site for snorkeling. Plenty of activities to keep you busy or comfy, peaceful places perfect for lounging. This is easily one of my favorite resorts and I can't wait to go back."

"My room was always cleaned well and was accommodating to my 6 month old baby. The pool was nice and well kept. The only small complaint could be that the customer service was hit or miss on the friendliness. All the guys at the valet were nice and fast. If you want a drink at the pool you’re gonna go up to the bar and get it yourself. Food at the hotel was so so. Better to eat off property. Other than that it was a great hotel stay."

"The room was very clean and what I expected with an ocean view, well laid out, once we got the hang where to go, the tram was the main trans portion for the 1st few days until we got the lay of the property. All the employees are very friendly as well as other customers that we talked to. The dolphin area was awesome as well as the pools and we also got to see sea turtles. "Such a beautiful place to stay! Walking into the hotel and seeing the blue Pacific Ocean right in front of you was breathtaking. The hotel had gorgeous gardens all around the property. We enjoyed the complimentary snorkel equipment on the final day. The room service twice a day will definitely spoil you!"

"今回の滞在にはとてもがっかりしています。 部屋のベッドやバスルームに、蚊や小さな虫の死骸がたくさんありました。自分で何度か掃除しましたが、その後もまた虫が出てきては死んで落ちてきます。おそらく殺虫剤を使った直後だと思うのですが、それが人体に影響ないのか少し不安です。 夜中にどうしても我慢できずフロントに電話して、翌日の清掃スタッフに伝えてほしいとお願いしました。ですが、「バルコニーのドアや窓を開けないでください」と言われただけでした。 私は遅い時間にチェックインしていて、そもそもドアや窓は開けていないと伝えたのですが、「Ok，good」と言われただけで、特に謝罪もありませんでした。まるでこちらに問題があるような対応で、とても不快に感じました。 翌日、清掃スタッフの方にメモを書いて、チップもお渡しし、「できればしっかり掃除をお願いしたい」と伝えました。 その日の夜に部屋へ戻ると、小さい飛び虫は少し減っていましたが、ゴキブリの死骸がありました。 正直、使われている殺虫剤が人体に影響ないのかも分からず、不安な気持ちのまま滞在することになりました。全体的にとても不満の残る滞在でした。"
