"I recently stayed at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku and had a fun, unique experience overall. The hotel is located right in the middle of the red-light district, which turned out to be very lively, touristic, and entertaining. "If you want to experience the night life, the hotel is in a perfect location. Only issue is that the WiFi was super slow or not working. In terms of laundry services they only have 3 washer/dryer but they have an outside party that can was your clothes if you want to do that instead. "

"Fantastic location for starters. So easy to get to most major stations. The view is incredible. Our room was always cleaned when we asked for it. The staff were always accomodating and had an easy to access laundry. We were there for 3 weeks and would easily go back again. "

"Hotel was super. A little out of the centre but Tokyo is so huge . A 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station is very do-able and they have a regular shuttle bus to the metro station which is convenient. Staff is very good, cleanliness was outstanding and property is beautiful. Breakfasts were a great spread. I highly recommend a stay here without a doubt."
