"We had a suite, but had a lot of irritant issues:
Leaking shower, it took 5 minutes to get warm water, the bowl in sink had a crack, when at the bar we had to look for service nobody came to us for 30 minutes, the food in the restaurant was mediocre.
Maybe we were unlucky, but we can’t recommend this hotel.

"Hotel ligt midden in Venlo en dat is fijn winkels dicht in de buurt.
Kamer was schoon, personeel aardig en behulpvaardig, ontbijt genoeg keuze. Van de bar hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt."

The bedroom had a balcony, but this was shared with the next room and was already being used by them - so not used. Bedrooms, corridors and stairs are uncarpeted, so sounds of voices and hauled baggage are not suppressed. The bathroom tiles and shower tray were chipped, and there was no shelf above the small washbasin for toiletries. I shared my room and...
