"This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed. It has plenty of character. The staff are fantastic, the hotel is spotless. The resturant is very good. Should I return to Wernigerode, I will be staying here."

"The hotel was centrally located and had easy walk distance to the nearby castle and marketplace. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast had a wide variety. Several staff members could understand and speak English which helped a lot. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Sehr schönes Hotel, wir hatten ein großes und ansprechendes Doppelzimmer im dritten Stock. Es war sehr leise, von innen aber auch von außen ( obwohl zur Seite mit der Bundesstraße gelegen ). Sehr schicker und großer Wellnesbereich mit tollem Pool, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, uns hat hier nichts gefehlt.
