"The hotel is well maintained and accessible. -Poor customer service -Poor staff helpfulness -additional USD 12.95 internet fees per room per day -Swimming pool closed and it is not mentioned while booking, and this was a major criteria as I have kids. Overall very poor experience in service and hospitality."

"Check in and out was easy and quick. The hotel was able to deal well with a large number of guests coming and going, I imagine for the World Cup games. But there is insufficient staff to handle the cars. It is much quicker to park yourself. Fortunately it is free. Also no one cleaned our room on the second day. Breakfast was typical for this kind of hotel. They did a good job of keeping it plentiful. The room was designed nicely and adequately."

"This hotel was complete oversell. The pictures they use show a rooftop pool - which they don't own and you have to book/pay to use it or even have the rooftop drinks. The front of house staff were not helpful at all - we asked for the air conditioning to be fixed three times and nothing was done along side the sliding door to the balcony being stuck and we couldnt even get out to take advantage of the view. Recommendations on where to have meals locally were met with little helpful info. ...

"The staff was amazing. The front desk dealt with an expedia bug that double booked customers very graciously and were very welcoming every day of my stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, quiet neighborhood close to most places you want to visit in nyc. They have a great lounge where you can enjoy drinks, food and watch a world cup game. The staff is what absolutely makes this place amazing . From the front desk to the staff at the lounge they are all superstars !! See you soon Eddie"

"Very close to Laguardia Airport with free airport shuttle. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was modern, clean and comfortable for my 1 night stay. Chicken n waffles at 3rd floor restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Only concern was really dirty carpets in hallway (first impression when exiting the elevator) and room."
