Staff communication is questionable, we were booked in for dinner only for to find out when we arrived that reception was not aware that the entire dinning room was booked for a tour bus group. We had to eat in the bar. Morning breakfast with the same tour group was very disorganised, and it was very much first come first serve for seating."

"Property and rooms are beautiful and the pantry with snacks was handy with a toddler! Our room unfortunately had a leak through the ceiling on the first night, and all staff were amazing helping us sort it (thankfully we didnt need to move rooms). The girls on reception and manager were all welcoming, couldn't recommend the hotel enough. We will be staying again on our next visit!"
