"Wonderful location. Not far from two Tube stations and the tourist buses. Also, Hyde Park was absolutely beautiful. Hotel was clean, quiet, and had a really nice buffet breakfast."

"Great location and easy access from lhr. Two tips. Don’t bother with hotel hoppa bus. Useless, late, detour takes forever to get to Hyatt. Opt for U3 London transport bus from lhr. Very frequent, only 3 stops and cheap. For North American travellers you are asked to open a « tab » at check in. You just don’t give your credit card number and expect to get charged on it for everything like in the U.S. Got into some frustrating situations with receptionist sall over the UK over this. "

"A friend and I stayed for one night in a twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, but sadly the shower and bath adjuster was broken. You would try to have a shower and it would run at low pressure as it was filling the bath. It was too late to change rooms as we were going back out for the evening. The hotel in general was clean, staff very friendly/helpful, breakfast good choice, and in a good location for us. "

"We stayed in this hotel for 9 days and 8 nights and loved it so much. The hotel staff were extremely nice and very helpful. They gave us a very nice room on the 2nd floor with a great view. The bed size was comfortable for 2 of us. The breakfast was healthy and the cappuccino was delicious.
