"We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! ...

"First off, the free upgrade had me sold! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was extremely spacious and clean and I had the best view of the bridge. The free access to the roof top pool beach club! Even though they beach club was being weird but hey my stay was great and looking forward to staying there again"

"Don’t stay here. No internet service, it actually blocked any internet usage and didn’t provide hotel internet. It was impossible to do anything online. The pool heater was “broken”. The pool was freezing. Impossible to use. The pool was the most important part of the booking. Lame excuses made about repairs and switching companies were made, but overall it was obvious the hotel was charging a premium rate without being maintaining the amenities.
