"Trish made our stay absolutely pleasant. She helped us a lot since the group arrived separately. She answered a lot of questions from us about our stay and plans. She was a star!!!!!!"

"We hadden de comfort kamer. Een mooie grote kamer met heerlijke bedden. En tot onze verrassing zat er ook nog een half inpandig balkonnetje aan met een zitje, kussentjes en zelfs mooie geraniums. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met lekker ontbijt. Fijn om zo dichtbij te kunnen parkeren in de kelder van Q park tolbrug met speciale plekken voor hotelgasten. Vanuit de garage oversteken en zo het hotel in is ideaal. Uitrijkaart krijg je (tegen betaling) bij het hotel. We hebben genoten!"

"اجراءات الدخول كانت سهلة جدا كما تم اضافة سرير اضافي داخل الغرفة بدون ان اتقدم بطلب لاني ذكرت في الحجز عدد النزلاء ٣ لكن للاسف لا تتوفر غرف متصلة لكن الغرف جميلة وحديثة وواسعة جدا جدا ، تجربة الافطار رائعة جدا كما يوفر الفندق خدمة ايجار الدراجات الهوائية و يمكن التجول بها لمدة يوم كامل وتوجد قرية قريبة من الفندق طبعا الفندق يقع مسافة ٢٠ دقيقة او ٢٥ دقيقة الى روتردام ويوفر الفندق مواقف مجانية. لم الاحظ وجود بقالات مقاهي او مطاعم قريبة من الفندق."

"Das Zimmer, war recht groß, im Bad gab es Dusche und Badewanne. Allerdings war das Zimmer recht staubig, vor allem der alte Teppichboden. Handtücher waren nicht ausreichend im Zimmer und beim Waschbecken gab es keine Seife. Das Frühstück war gut. Keine riesengroße Auswahl, aber es reicht allemal um gut satt zu werden. Selbst, wenn die Kinder wählerisch sind. Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Das war bei der Buchung ok, dass jetzt 30 Grad waren, ist unser Pech. Das Zimmer lag direkt über der Bar und...

"I booked a standard room online. But when I checked in, I switched to a junior suite. It was in fact just like a deluxe double room in Asian hotel standard. The shower room was rather basic and the toilet has an aweful smell all the time. It's not a clean enough room. The breakfast was terribly expensive, booked online @€18.5, but my friend who did not book online has to pay €24. It's not worth it, the cheese slices were dry, only one kind of cold cut ham, without any fish."
