"Staffs are great and helpful from check in to out. Staff is the best thing about Hotel Nikko at Kansai airport. Hotel is conveniently located at Aero plaza five minute walk to JR station/ T1. I arrived at T2, took free shuttle to AeroPlaza/T1 and Hotel Nikko was right on the face after taking escalator up to 2nd fl., Don’t attempt to walk from T2 to T1. Very far and no road to walk.
