Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was very clean and comfortable! Had an issue getting into my room each night due to the room card being a bit temperamental (don't keep it anywhere near your phone or wallet, although i kept mine separate and it still wouldn't work) but that was a minor issue to what otherwise was a lovely and welcoming stay! Two wonderful waitresses from Thailand and Zambia were very nice and friendly. The guy at the reception in the evening during checkin was typical grumpy but spoke English. Eyes closed will book again if in the area. Something about the place which has a. Ice relaxing aura to it"
