Not only was our experience awful and stressful, and we had to find a new hotel in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of the night (the nearest hotel was an hour away), but our experience with hotels.com and the support staff was even worse and completely unprofessional. "Kim (proprietor) was a most gracious host and a great help to us during our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and unique. The food was 5 star. We had dinner 3 nights and each were exceptional! Breakfast (included with our stay) was delicious and started our day off right. Would recommend a stay and/or dinner to anyone looking for a ski in/out hyatta. "
