The safe was locked when we got there. Had to have someone up to unclog the sink. Overall this unit was presented to us wrong. "The room we received was disappointing. The view was also not facing the bay but rather the walmart parking lot. When we tried communicating our discomfort because the room was also a lot smaller than expected nothing was done. There was only a Tv, microwave, 2 full size beds and a bathroom.
